Special Education Parent Advisory Committee Meetings

Families: Beginning in September, Winters JUSD will be holding Special Education Program Advisory Committee meetings.  A Special Education Parent Advisory Committee (SEPAC) is a group of parents, caregivers, educators, and community members who work together to advocate for the needs of students with disabilities within a school district. The committee serves as a liaison between parents and school administrators, providing input and feedback on policies, programs, and services related to special education. The SEPAC also offers support and resources to families of students with disabilities, including information on their rights, training on a variety of topics, available services, and community events. Questions? Please contact Adriane Laughter, Director of Special Education and Student Services, at 530-795-6100.
